Just wait for/get figures of characters you like.
Only get figures you like but don't know the backstory of if you really like the figure.

It's really easy. I'm too poor.

I bought this while I was in Amsterdam a few years ago on I guess you Americans call it "graduation trip"? My whole class went to Amsterdam when we finished Highschool.

It was too expensive to add. After that I noticed figures only were a nice decoration but I'd never get anything useful or fun out of them except my joy and pride of owning one. So I never bought any again.
