Across all three platforms (PC/PSP/360) Steins;Gate sold over 300.000 times, if Shikura is to be believed.

If you talk about combined sales, quite a lot
FSN sold about 200k on PC alone and the PS2 version sold at least 200k
Air sold 150k on its first year and had a lot of extremely popular release on Dreamcast, PS2 and later PSP.
Same for Clannad, Higurashi, Fortune Arterial or To Heart 2

And if you talk about the 90's, stuff like Doukyuusei, Yu-No or Nonomura, etc... easily broke the 500k just for their PC engine version, if you add their Saturn version it goes in the millions.
