I have a box fan on a chair next to my bed. Winter, summer, fall, spring-always going. All the time. When I'm not sleeping, I set it from 2 or 3 to 1. I have it blowing on me now.

I dont have a table fan just a regular fan that I have at the end of my bed blowing towards me. Like that other anon I have mine on constantly. For one it circulates that air in my tiny room or at least keeps it from getting stuffy. I dont open my window during the summer because it is really humid here. I also cant sleep in complete silence, well I can but it takes a while. I dot know how people do that. I hear my self breathing and other various creaks and night time noises that it puts me on edge.
