It depends on what time the egg was produced.
Lots of semen gets produced everyday.

I'd have to say that on average, the egg is produced before the semen that enters it is.

Technically, women are born with the eggs. A women cannot produce more eggs, once she has used up what eggs she has, she can't produce any more.
Sperm is only produced while making sexual intercourse and then later fertilizes the egg.
Conclusion: The egg came first.

An oogonium (plural oogonia) is an immature ovum. It is a female gametogonium. They are formed in large numbers by mitosis early in fetal life from primordial germ cells, which are present in the fetus between weeks 4 and 8.

Oogonia are present in the fetus between weeks 5 and 30.
