Thank you very much for the links!

For Hisoutensoku netplay, there's a Soku lobby to facilitate connection! And now you can disable specific characters, backgrounds, music, and most importantly, weathers!

Everything in one thread? Yeah, individual threads might have been kind of slow as of late, but I don't have the best of experiences with all in one thread. It turned up amazingly cluttered, and sometimes sprung to off topic due to the differences ofthe games. But that was a different time. I suppose we could try.

Going to set up Eternal Fighter Zero again, but were someone to host GGAC I would most likely join.
And speaking of that, you apparently have the XX Reload in the OP. The game is easier to run, but outdated.

Setup and instructions. Note: There is a complete pack at the bottom if you were to prefer it.
Should work on most computers just fine.

The controls are set in the qkoJAMMA folder. If you want a certain pad/stick, connect it, start the game, and a qjc file should be created with your pad's/stick's name, for you to configure.

To host you enable "Hosting=1" in the cfg file. To connect, you write the host's IP under "Host=Adress".
Both players need to configure their "Delay=X" to the same number.

I played much street fighter 2 and 3 in the past, but i'm really bad in this kind of games. You need to train 5-6 month before you even can start to play against others.

Not really. If you know what you're doing, 2-3 hours practice is enough to start netplaying.

There was a guy in the west coast Arcane Heart 3 tournament yesterday who played the game for only 6 hours and took a round off somebody in the tourney lol.

Nice games, dude. Can't play more right now, but it was definitely tons of fun playing after so much time. Sorry for the gimmicky playstyle, but I really had no choice, seeing how I dropped half of my combos.

If you're planning to host on /jp/ more, I'll probably be around. I stopped playing when /jp/ stopped making threads for it. Yeah, I'm that dumb.

I'm sorry, but Mizuumi doesn't play shit like Hisoutensoku and MBAC.

That was a japanese player who placed 2nd in the blazblue tourney by carrying his team of 2 other randoms.
And the other was a week 1 ah3 player but a legendary 3rd strike player. They both were making major mistakes but being saved by tier whoring and previous fighter experience.
Also, Americans are shit tier at AH3. The Japanese stream was making fun of them non-stop because of how shitty they were.

You can always netplay against scrubs. The point was that if you want to start at a level where you can actually learn from the matches you are playing, you'll need some time commitment if you've never played fighters before.

Good games, we have played before so I already knew about your playstyle. Things still got a bit chaotic with all the reversal spellcards.

>if you've never played fighters before.
or even if you are rusty.

If you actually watched the tournament stream you would have noticed that there was a huge gulf between the people playing. Almost all of them lacked match experience which let that netplay Scharl almost get (or did he get into?) the top 8.
Combos were being dropped like mad, especially that Fire Saki. Nearly every confirm with her is 6k+. A strong confirm is 7-9k+ with no meter! Even random tags in the air are 4k+.

Winning in netplay isn't that hard since you can abuse lag tactics, but can introduce weakness in your game if you don't play offline as well. Getting 'good' and winning matches in person takes a much longer commitment.
That Lilica was pretty good but he whines too much about Weiss and Tiers. The Liselotte seemed like he knew what he 'should' use Luck for, but he wasn't winning on execution.

I'm a melty player though, so what do I know.

You forgot about Ougon OP.
And with the patches it isn't nearly as bad as when it was released. It is actually quite fun know if you know how to play.
