Fairy Tale (chapter 6) is pretty boring compared to the rest of the novel, but in the movie we get to see Ryougi in Azaka's/Fujino~n's school uniform, which is some major moe.

The 3rd personality is so HAX that she can even asked Mikiya if he want her to fix his eye for him. BTW, Mikiya loses one of his eyes thanks to Lio. Anyway, Mikiya refuse.

That's what I heard. So Ryougi that is connected to Akasha could even alter reality as her wish, though maybe there's somewhat of a limit to that, or not.

I know exactly how her eyes and abilities work (very different then Tohno's), but I haven't been able to decipher how her supposedly hax powers work and what exactly they can do.

I dunno, but people keep saying that a battle between her and a Roa/SHIKI that's regained enough of his memory (and as soon as he regains Overload he can split the world in half on a whim) would be epic, so her powers obviously have some limits.
