Thats a bit of an unknown, really. I'd like to think people's thoughts are in their own language, but she would at least be able to sense the emotion and basic meaning behind the thoughts.

Well, my "thought process" is not in a spoken language, that is, I don't speak in my head. Rather, my thoughts are like flashes of images, memories and emotions. So in my case, she would be perfectly capable of understanding my thoughts.
