She has expressions and emotes in ways that make sense. I don't know if shit's getting lost in translation, but most of his characters' canon personalities are clones of one another.

Their personalities come off pretty well in CoLA. Reimu is essentially a laid back Haruhi, Marisa is more of a "genki girl", Sakuya is more mature etc.

Also the vast majority of characters are not lolis, it's just fucking Lucky Star syndrome again.

Don't be ridiculous. Just because she came back for one game, just because she's been growing in popularity recently doesn't mean ZUN is going to shoehorn her into a storyline she has nothing to do with, and design her a variety of spell cards just to please the fans. Yuka's an endboss and player character. If she comes back for another game, she'll have to be linked to the story somehow (can you picture her as a stage 1-3 boss?) or she'll be a player character, which also requires that she be linked to the story.

I became more interested in Youmu recently after I watched that thing on niconico where she was pitted against Cirno to decided who's the King of ⑨.
This was kinda icing on cake for me.


Also, Youmu/Yuyuko was my favorite character in Imperishable Night.
