Fund it, as long as you reveal that the "leaky" pipes were in fact not faulty at all, it's just that the entire ancient plumbing system of SDM has turned into a tsukumogami in form of a (what else?) little girl. She caused this incident because she wanted fresh human semen, so after our plumber ignores the advances of the mansion residents, finally discovers the faulty piece of plumbing, and goes to fix it, he'll instead find himself groping a little girl with water pipes coming out of her back, and he'll be immediately mounted and raped by her while the SDM cast watch in awe (or perhaps join them.) Of course, this is the first time of the newly "born" plumbing tsukumogami, so the plumber will end up deflowering her, and as a responsible man he will take her as his wife afterwards.
