I really didn't like You. She gave a bitchy attitude sometimes and she just wasn't really too interesting to me. Sora was sweet, and the whole concept of a machine growing to have feelings and have love is something I liked more than all the science and shit in her route.

Sora's route was good for the rampant AI hall-flooding scene and the Tsugumi rape. Sara route was good because sibling incest and hot immortal mom scenes. I don't remember You's being at all memorable. Tsugumi was hotter in pretty much every other route than her own, but hers the canonical Takeshi route.

None of the routes were really that good compared to Coco's brick-shitting True End.
