does the average /jp/ resident speak at least some basic japanese? I'm looking to improve my conversation skills as well as sentence structure (but please don't bother me about my english, I'm working on that too ok?)

>> No.6930089 [DELETED]

That's none of your business.

that doesn't sound too bad, can you read hiragana/katakana or would you prefer romaji?

Being able to say KAWAII DESU NE does not mean you can speak Japanese.

I wonder if when we push these japanophiles to /lang/
They don`t send them back here

Kinda like this

oh... er... I guess we could give it a try, I'll keep it romaji for simplicity.

I went to take a look

>There is a game called touhoumon that you can emulate with visual boy advance(This is easy) and the entire game is in hiragana and katakana. It's nice for beginners, helps with grammer a lot, and the game is pretty fun.

I find it ironic that the posts that has given me the slightest help so far are all sages...

anti-bump, yes, I've done it, I read the FAQ

Sage does nothing. Why are you so dumb, OP?

>> No.6930211

>>6930204
Sage is not some kind of offense in here like it is on other boards. Actually it means the guys post's is irrelevant or useless instead of the one he is quoting or talking about.

Japanese language is not a related subject here by the way.

>> No.6930220

>>6930211
oh... I didn't know that. Alright then, I'm out, and yes, I just saged myself. Bye

>> No.6930226

You only use sage when you think your post isn't worth to bump a thread. Ching-Chang-Chong languages are not /jp/ related.

Chill the fuck down guys. OP is gone already, let this thread sink easy.

It's like this board isn't called otaku culture, which would include Japanophiles, which all of you are in one shape or the other.

Fags.

I guess that's true for every country. Here in Southern California, we get a shitton of beanerfags who don't even understand basic English.

True. Though I have seen lots of black people from Africa as well working on the streets of Tokyo (Shinjuku/Kabukicho area) with both broken-as-hell Japanese and English.

>> No.6931394

>>6931379
Man those black dudes in Japan are shady as fuck. They keep hassling you to buy their illegal crap. At least Mexicans in California half of the time do honest stuff like mow lawns and sell fruit.

>> No.6931422

All you have to do is hang around other gaijin all the time. In the English bubble you don't have to worry about knowing anything about Japan. (substitute Spanish for English and the USA for Japan for a domestic example)
