I started playing DC Universe Online, I feel like making my character a Touhou.

Since theres Ice powers, Cirno is obvious.

But overall I'm not sure which to go for, or what character I can make in the limited char creation.

Any thoughts /jp/ ?

Can kinda make Flandre with fire and hand blast powers, but they dont have the correct kind of hats , at least not initally, not sure if you can get a suitable one later on, the only real dress is a school uniform and a couple of skirts, since its mostly typical superhero spandex shit.
