I'm trying to look for it. It is apparently in former Inatsuki, now Kama, part of Fukuoka prefecture. It appears to be a small ramen shop but the city itself isn't so big, so some hours on Google Earth must be able to find it. Will post again if I do find it.

I guess they rent out accommodation or similar? I'm pretty sure the guy on the right noticed the camera move a couple of times - it does seem to have a mind of it's own sometimes.
