Trust me man, if there was a fully functional 360 and PS3 emulator out there, well, we wouldn't be needing 360s and PS3s anymore.

It'll be a while before PS3s are emulated well because the Cell chip has fucking 8 cores in it amongst other weird architecture, that shit is not easy to replicate.
