easymode is no more, so can't see what the past discussions were like (I avoided the spoilers since I didn't finish it back then).

Anyways I have a few questions
In the other bad ends, who exactly is knifing everyone in the knife and sub ends? IIRC everyone gets knifed in the sub end, and in the knife end after junpei gets knifed he sees his assailant and doesn't recognize the person at all
And also
At the end its kind of implied Seven lied about what he told Junpei about the incident 9 years ago, not sure regarding what exactly but I'm guessing its about Akane dieing, but even still, the whole time-traveling morphogenetic field plothole doesn't make sense to me, and I'm thinking loli Akane and present day June/Zero are different people entirely. Can anyone explain this one to me, or how she could have existed in the present day?

In canon timeline, Akane survived because she saw second nonary game via Junpei's 9 years in the future, complete with all possibilities/ends. That's why Akane/you can only see true end/open the coffin after seeing the password at Safe end.

In this second nonary game, Akane and her brother (with men he hired to renovate building q, kidnap and so on) are Zero. Akane is June and her brother is Santa. They're coconspirator in this game. Their mission: to reenact the nonary game with all its participant, hoping for that one conclusion with Junpei doing the final puzzle, hence sending the answer to Akane in the past.

If they fail, like if Junpei enters [5] or any possibilities not to true route, then June gets feverish (burned), Seven and Santa and everyone's memory are gradually rewritten due to time paradox, where the facts changed into a timeline where Akane died. In the end June disappear, and probably with the universe as well.

If she died there won't be June and second nonary game. Hence the canon timeline is the one where she's alive.

Then, in the timeline where Akane survived but with that vision 9 years later: Santa got dough by having stock in Cradle. He renovates building q and uses information gained for Akane's memory of her tapping into the morphological field.

Oh god I think Morphogenetic Field is real. I was mentioning Second Life lightly in one IRC channel, and then half an hour ago, another person mentioned it at other channel in entirely different server.

For months I never see it mentioned until today, and there isn't much connection between those places/people.

Asking "Where did the letter come from?" is futile.
So in this world, the loop is that "Akane survived 9 years ago", and if you go through the right doors and save her, then the loop is closed and no paradox exists. If you diverge from the loop, you create a paradox and blah blah.
