That makes it sound like she'd have to stay on the toilet for incredibly long amounts of time. But she has the ability to stop time so I guess it doesn't really matter. But can she flush the toilet while time is stopped and would all the plumbing still work. If she's pooping much more than a regular person than that toilet is going to overflow unless she doesn't flush occasionally.

Well there's also the option of pooping everytime she needs to poop just by freezing time and carrying a bag with her. Just poop into the bag whenever you need to while time is frozen. After that, throw away the bag and get a new one. Sakuya could potentially poop in front of her mistress without her knowing about it. Even potentially pooping on her then cleaning her off while time is frozen.
