I don't know, life would probably be very different depending on circumstances. I don't see where do you draw the conclusion that if a woman must be infertile or unable of ovulating, then she would be unable to experience orgasms (is frigid). I find that claim quite unlikely, however it may be that she might not even be aware of it. Being able to produce eggs is not the same as being able to have an orgasm. I'd imagine that she might be able to have a fullfilling sexual life without those particular reproductive capabilities.

So the answer is that in an ideal world, quite possibly, but in the current world, not very likely. I would, however, like to experience the conscious experience of being female at least once, if that would ever be technologically feasible and not too much of a PITA to pursue, however that would also mean a lot more than just that as I'd like to experience all kinds of experiences beyond the human body.
