As much as I don't think this thing looks good, the term "OELVN" strikes as even worse.

The only reason such a term even exist is because some biased weeaboos has some kind of bias towards Japanese stuff being better by default for some reason.
And yes this doesn't look good, but it's not as if Japanese bullshit doujins are any better.

Just take a look at the japanese DLsite or something, and turn off anything that sorts the things after sales or popularity/ratings and that sort of stuff. The site is full of shit.

The majority of everything is shit.
No need to call this "OELVN", you can't give a medium a default nationality. By default no medium belongs to anyone.
And "OELVN" also sounds ridiculously bad, and it's only purpose to exist is because people don't want it to be mixed together with their "SUGOI ANIMU&MANGO".

It looks pretty good, however as a typical unemployed /jp/ loser I don't have $25 to spare on it. If I did I would probably try it just to see, the large filesize and the fact that it has voice acting intrigue me.
