It's a catch-22 for you: without someone leaking the game, no crack will be made, and you'll have to suffer with the horrible activation system, but once someone leaks it, someone will make a crack and then everyone that hates the DRM can just use the superior cracked version, especially the original uploader, whose main incentive for uploading is to get a DRM-free version.

Why are you promoting uploading incomplete releases? Uploaders should preferably upload the archives exactly as Mangagamer releases them.

Just because you can take an old BGI.exe and some old engine scripts, then disassemble the current game scripts and reassemble them for the old engine, and have the game work(possibly with missing features, like choices), doesn't mean that is a proper crack. Proper cracks (single unpacked exe replacement) are not that hard to make and they are usually posted on /jp/ after someone uploads the game.

Oh... I see what you have in mind, but I doubt it's worth the effort of backporting it. The game is likely not more than a few hundred MB. Even someone on dailup could upload it. Most people have fast enough connections these days. They already had to download the game, so their Internet connection can't be that slow. As I said before, I doubt that their internet connection speed is the reason the game hasn't been uploaded yet.
