So Ive been wondering for awhile but when Sakuya fights people and stops time rather then throw 10000 knives at the target what stops her from just going up to them and slitting their throat?

Is there an actual reason for this or is it just lollogic that stops this from happening

As for the question, many Touhous, either in theory or in canon, have attacks that are nigh-impossible to avoid and able to kill swiftly, but they never use them since that's why spellcard rules were put there in the first place.
