it was certainly the only things i hated in F:NV after the shitty interface use/design, how an energy weapons can't get through an armor seriously ? i was keeping every laser/plasma guns against armored things like robots or heavily armored guys but it does nothing like a PS3

the first time i've seen a fat man i thought it was like a missile launcher but a bit stronger, when i shot a nuke it completely blew my characters into pieces, the fat man is not worth it with his weight and damage, sneak with a sniper is good enough, but it's still fun against a LOT of guys

There's a mod kit to cut the weight but yeah. Too little ammo for it to be worth using.

The orbital strike is a great alternative if you need to rape something.

Actually i liked returning of DT but there's at least 2 things which is wrong with it.
1. Overall weapon damage is low as fuck, and when i say low, i mean that you need 10+ rounds shot in the head to kill 1 enemy.
2. Basic energy weapon unbelievable weak (laser pistol/rifle) or quite inconvenient (plasma pistol/rifle) because of slow rate of fire and high ammo consuming and on top of that it's not even strong enough. Gauss rifle was worth it tho.
