Hey /jp/, I was wondering: is there any army (obviouly I'm talking fictional here) that could successfully invade and occupy Gensokyo?
I mean, even if you tone down their powers a bit to compensate for the absurd amounts of hax, the touhous are still really fucking tough. Yukari can easily spy on the enemy at any time and make impenetrable barriers (and that's leaving her powers over abstract borders aside). Forgetting for a moment that she could create a black hole, Suika is still strong enough to shatter the moon. Flandre has such destructive power that she has to be locked up by her sister (who can manipulate motherfucking fate, whatever that means) and her time-controlling maid. Hell, even Cirno and Rumia (not even EX Rumia) could make most army's life hell by messing with the weather and visibility. Almost any ninvader would be fucked and I'm not even counting Okuu here; she's a fucking walking A-bomb. For fucks sake, all this is assuming they could even find the place, what with Keine eating history to make places disappear.
So /jp/, I ask you: is there any army as hax as the touhous?

Having an infinite amount of soldiers who would through themselves into a meat grinder without a second though tends to work well against an enemy consisting of ~20 girls who would be single-handedly fighting said war, and would eventually have to sleep, or be unable to withstand the barrage of lasers, tank shells, and eventual genocidal virus bombing of Gensokyo and all its residents.

And then the Imperium claims victory over the heretics and moves on into the next series to stomp all over the canon.

Speaking of which, remember the touhous have Eirin. You know, the lunar sage who is extremely proficient with chemicals (bioweapons, anyone?) and can make the hourai elixir to make anyone in her army eternal and immortal. Also, Mokou. It's a good you have infinite amounts of men willing to die when there is an enemy that simply won't die and can control fire.

I think you may want to raise that number. Touhou has at least 100 girls and even those that aren't god-tier could be a pain in the ass for many armies. Tewi and Reisen? might not be much, but they command the rabbit youkai so you'll have to deal with guerrilla fighters while trying to kill the bigger enemies. Alice? Now you have an army of weaponized dolls to worry about. Marisa and Reimu? They might be only human but they have great firepower and the power of the gods at their disposal respectively. Wriggle? Ebola, ebola everywhere. Yuuka? Biowarfare. Aya and the tengu? high-speed aerial figthers. Nitori and the kappa? Tech support. The list goes on and on.

I mean, they've got a shitload of demons, dreadlords that can summon immortal stone giants from the heavens and that's only what I remember from Warcraft 3, I don't know what other crazy shit they got in WoW.
