Now that I think about it, a psychological horror game starring saya would be pretty good. You'd be switching constantly from normal vision to WORLD-IS-ZERG vision (or even better, you'd start seeing everything fucked up once your sanity meter goes down), and your main enemy would be saya (her form would depend on your vision).
