Remilia: Makes whimsical demands and then has her servants fulfill them at all costs.
Yuyuko: Actually a good master when she's not dragging you around, but her land spans 200 yojanas and needs to be maintained.
Yukari: Always sleeping when she isn't beating you for not doing shit she should have done.
Kaguya: Pretty down-to-earth and just wants solace, but you get Eirin as a side package and shady drugs have somehow become canon.
Toyohime & Yorihime: Eirin, condescending asshole edition.
Sikieiki: Good master, but the job is quite demanding.
Satori: Wants nothing but affection, mind reading may be uncomfortable though.
Byakuren: Onwards to world peace powered by man-eating demons.

Being a fairy maid in SDM (since nothing much is expected from the fairies) or Satori's pet (which probably demands that you be an animal, unless Satori is into that kind of thing) is probably the best, as far as being a servant goes.
