Indeed, if you look at it as a non-intrusive drm - they can just count the twit messages to work about number of pirated copies vs bought copies in retail channel. Personnally I prefer this to steam/starforce/whatnot.

It does probably gauge the popularity of Janenhen since checking the tag displays all the people twitting about it, but even pirates can do it. Well, one thing about DRM is the number feedback about number of copies around, allowing them to do some assessment of the game popularity/success (beyond actual sold copies). The twit unlock doesn't take away any content nor does it force you to install some prog locally or connection to a server (like steam, starforce, ubisoft, etc...). That's why I refer to it as non-intrusive. Not going to area whether drm is necessary or not, there are enough people going over it in too many places.

Playing all the Eve games in release order and expecting some landmines during the journey. Just started on The Lost One.

The first very noticeable thing is that there are much less choices than in Burst Error, it can be either a good or a bad thing depending on if you liked wandering around aimlessly while picking all the joke choices like trying to eat chairs or stripping in the middle of the street.

Snake's POV is pretty great so far but Kyoko's isn't really interesting for now.

And there are some interesting cameos, I know who the two couples are but is the schoolgirl supposed to be someone you should recognize?

Haha, yeah I recognize the couples too (both are Desire couples after all), but yeah no clue who could be the girl.

Anyway I'm a huge EVE fan too, played EVE TFA and some of Zero myself. Can't say I recommend TFA even if you didn't like Adam much. Yes it has a proper ending unlike the latter, however it was nothing like Desire's or the original EVE's. That said, the Preacher was an interesting character, voiced by Wakamoto himself. And this scene was worth playing it at least.

About Zero, well, I played it a bit, and it was really good (seeing young Glen for example, or old man Katsuragi, or how Kojiroh and Yayoi met for example.), however I got stuck in it and I couldn't get past it not even with the walkthrough. I stalled it for a few months, but when I wanted to go back it crashes at start so I had to drop it, even though I rather liked from what little I played.

Let me know later how's EVE TLO turns out in the end.

Kanako Itou did most of their songs with female vocal, like both songs in Saya, or Kikokugai ED, or at least two songs in Hello World. It's pretty hard to read visual novels and not bump into one of her songs from time to time.
Watanabe Kazuhiro has some unique vocals, so it's easy to recognize him. He also sings in duo with Kanako Itou sometimes, like in the Muramasa ending. His English skills are also supreme, just listen to the Django songs.
As I've already said, Ono Masatoshi is pretty underrated right now, but all of his songs are about as epic as MURAMASA. Check out Vjedogonia and Hanachirasu for more of his greatness.

It's a jumbled "What if Kageaki killed Hikaru?". I think he does it with Muramasa's "soul contagion" ability, but he does kill her. The writer asspulls the Zenaku Sousatsu effect "killing for moral justice requires you to kill people as compensation" (I didn't really get this, but maybe it's something like ideal against reality works like love against hate and so on?) Muramasa takes over and they start annihilating everyfuckingone (the parts about Kageaki killing Ichijou, Kanae and becoming the second Ginseigo), end up fighting against Konjin anyways as "Hero Muramasa" (as killing Hikaru was the proper hero path) and get time-displaced to our normal timeline, where they fight against Butei-Muramasa. When Hero Muramasa gets sent back, no one is left, he regains his senses realized he exterminated everyone, Muramasa apologizes and he cries.

I personally thought it wasn't really that good a scenario because it eliminates the whole point of the first game: killing Hikaru would have ended everything, but Kageaki just couldn't pull himself to do it. By saying "if he killed her, things would have been worse", the choice Kageaki makes in the first make is suddenly justified... when the point was, it wasn't, but he couldn't bring himself to do otherwise.
I could of course make use of other external input from anons who played it as well.

Actually it made complete sense in the context of Muramasa.
The becoming a "hero" that Kageaki was trying attain in Maou was simply discarding his entire self and become a simple tool to save the world from a a being that threatened to destroy it.
But the law of Muramasa demand compensation, if you kill someone who want to destory the world in a state of complete selfness in order to save the world, what do you think the compensation would be?

Even the main game made it clear when you kill Hikaru in Maou, it ends simply with a "the rest doesn't need to be told, in the end it was Chachamaru's victory"

Well yeah he was wrong, he probably didn't think the Muramasa law could work in such an extent, but that's why in the end he was able to make the good choice.

In the end the law isn't really about who you kill but rather about how you feel about that person.
For examplewhen he killed Hikaru's in the Hero's route, he considered a monster for what she did to Subaru, that's why he had to hunt someone he considered a hero.

I've seen some people asking (not here but some other places) about how to make the cosplay patch work for Steins;Gate but no one has given an answer. Here's the steps to activate it:

1) Go to the second scene where you input a time into the phone
2) Input 2106
3) Wait until it changes scripts (it must naturally change the script so reloading the game won't help)

If you do step 2 correctly you should hear Mayuri's voice and then a message will appear. Nothing will happen if you don't have the cosplay patch installed. You can enable or disable the cosplay patch in the Options menu. In the lower left corner (to the left of where it says SYSTEM VERSION) there will be a shadow figure of Mayuri. If it's enabled then you will see the figure, if it's disabled you will have to hover over it to see the figure.
