Most useful? Always bet on homing Reimu, with the exception of PCB (horribly weak) and UFO's Sanae (don't remember which though).

The coolest? Sakuya B in PCB, Misdirection rules.

I like the damage of Marisas straightforward laser but I can't handle her bit hitbox and her speed.
