Shiki can't see Arc's lines and dots. Also, Arcueid's age and lifespan is waaay older than Araya's, she is a 1000 years old, unlike Araya who's only 200. Even if Ryougi Shiki manages to pierce her dot (it would not be easy) it doesn't ensure automatic effect. Hell, considering Arc's lifespan it might take months and even years for the dotstab to take effect, she'll have to dotstabb her more than one time in order to completely kill her. On the other hand, Arcueid can kill her with just a glance, she doesn't even need to raise a finger.

I always thought they just went by higher stage number = higher power. Yukari's the only "stage 8" boss. This makes Sariel and Konngara the strongest Touhous. I am okay with this.

But before that, Shiki looks at the woman.

One on each of her legs, one on her back, and one point on her left chest. The cutting section called death can be certainly seen. The one on her chest would be a good one to aim for. That would be an instant kill. Even if that woman is just an image, I could kill a God.

So even if she stabs her dot, Arcueid can still rip her in half. Really, it's a pretty tough fight for Shiki, even with all the help of Alaya.
