You faggots need to stop treating the person who taste the elixir as normal and on the same grounds as someone who didn't or simply regenerates. They can't die. Whether they suffocate and resurrect in one place or another is a different spot, but the way I see it is they ultimately are not allowed to die, ever. Even if it means they go through impending suffocating agony, they're still alive nonetheless.

It also must be noted it's the taste of the elixir that made them immortal, not the elixir itself. If you remove it from their bodies, it will not absolutely not affect them at all.

It could be very possible that they were "cut off" from the universe as we know it and be completely different beings. Being immortal exiles as they are....

Even if Keine uses her ability of history manipulation to undo the taste, what if because Mokou already tasted the elixir by then that makes Keine's ability backfire, and instead of immortal from the moment of taste to forever more, to forever into the past as well? Or that she's no longer applied to the timeline and >eternity is a world that knows no history so change is eternally uknown (Kaguya PMiSS)
Free from bounds of life and death also nullifies Yukari's ability. Her boundaries abilities know no weakness but it can't hit what can't exist.
Eirin made it fullproof, and she's confident, no, KNOWS in CiaLR that it's not something to be meddled with. It could have been a simple, but extremely effective formula. if the world exploded, including Gensokyo, only Mokou and Kaguya would survive. They'd be flying through space at incredible speeds because of the assumed massive explosion until something traps them in its gravity field and they plummet towards it, painfully burning until they reach the surface. If theyre lucky it's just a dead rock they landed on so they just freeze/asphyxiate to death until that planet is destroyed or they get off it somehow. If not, they land in lava and constantly burn until the planet calms down in a few million years. Then they're probably encased in rock until they get dug up somehow because I doubt even they'd have the strength to pull themselves out of a several-thousand-mile-long ocean of lava if they're burning in it. Or if they're really unlucky, they get pulled into a Gas Giant's atmosphere and as they drift downward are crushed over and over again by the amounting pressure until they finally fall into the sea of liquid ammonia/hydrogen/helium/methane/etc where they get to drown/freeze until the gas giant... actually I don't know what happens to gas giants but I imagine they're not around forever.

Of course, if they're REALLY unlucky, they get to experience Fusion firsthand for the next 3 billion years until the star they fell into goes supernova. Then they get to experience a supernova firsthand.

The best they could hope for is landing on a habitable planet with primitive life in a few million years. That's the best they could hope for, but it is extremely unlikely to happen.

you would probably end up spinning and not really get anywhere.

The odds of you being able to throw a limb while balancing forces around your (now shifted from normal) center of mass are pretty fucking slim. I suppose you might learn after a few days/weeks/months, but then what? Your acceleration is miniscule, which means that if you succeed in building up any real speed you won't be able to change course even on the off chance that you see something worth visiting.

Consider the distance between earth and mars, and earth and the next closest star. Now consider the fact that standing on earth, it's almost impossible to differentiate between mars and a distant energetic star. You will NEVER see anything worth visiting, except completely by accident.

You seem to be forgetting that Kaguya and Mokou aren't just immortal. They're immortal spellcasters with an eternity to practice and experiment. They could even use magic that would destroy their own body without worry.

Considering a unprotected humans can live in space for about 1 or 2 minutes tops, if Mokou and Kaguya find themselves in space will resurrect, lose consciousness after a few seconds do to lack of air and then die. This will go on for a eternity, leaving them to experience a boring miserable hell.
