How did you get into TYPE-MOON?

>> No.5711444

I was watching MUGEN videos and noticed some guy named Shiki Nanaya and I immediately became gay for him.

>> No.5711446

First, you gotta be Japanese. Then I'm assuming you send in your resume and other required info to their employment headquarters.

>> No.5711442

ahahah 5/10 almost got me for a second.

I read Tsukihime after seeing threads on /a/.
Read doujins, they were awesome.
PlayedMelty Blood, then UBW came out. That was it.

>> No.5711456

I watched Shingetsutan Tsukihime (I know, I know) and then the game was translated several months later and the rest was history.

>> No.5711458

Shoul I read Tsukihime or Fate first /jp/?

>> No.5711512

Well, not counting the KnK, I never did. Sure I played a few routes in Tsukihime, fapped a fair share, played meltan, but I can hardly call myself a fan.

Tsukihime.

I read FSN first and it ruined Tsuikihime for me.

>> No.5711508

After noticing recurring threads about them on /jp/, I read Tsukihime and F/SN, then Kagetsu and Melty Blood and what's translated of Fate/Zero.

Tsukihime, so you can get over the horrible art when you read FSN.

I like Sakura and Satsuki.(that's about it)

I dunno, it feels more like an exception from the rule. Like, you are otherwise casual user of something, but just love that one aspect of said something.

I saw tsukihime on various japanese boards back when it was new, never got that much out of it at the time.
Later when f/sn was new, I found a bunch of doujin tsuki and f/sn games (many of whom I haven't found since, they were kind of crappy though even if they were interesting, f/sn "dungeon crawlan" and stuff).
Downloaded the games, googled the titles and what the names, wanted to know what it was based on.
Got a bunch of summaries in english.
Years later Tsukihime got translated, f/sn got translated,
I read them, it was good.

My first non-pron that actually caught my interest though was Hello World, before that I didn't think much the whole VN deal, mostly only played Nukige and the sorts,
