there are less viruses designed for mac so it's a less susceptible system, also, antivirus software eats up a good amount of CPU and causes lag, since mac is less susceptible you don't really need antivirus software for it so it ends up running fast. The graphics are also above windows quality too. If you need to run windows programs all you have to do is get a program like crossover or wine, or if worst comes to worst partition your hard drive.

Well then I'm not sure where you're getting your information from. While Windows obviously has far more viruses, as long as you aren't computer illiterate it shouldn't be a problem. I can't remember ever getting a virus. And my antivirus uses a whole 0% of my CPU and 11MB of RAM so I'm not sure about it slowing down my computer. As for the Mac having better graphics, I honestly have no idea what you're talking about, or why graphics would even be that relevant for things like VNs or Touhou.

you can't judge the graphics by the number of games designed for it. The reason why it has less games is that mac caters to a buisness demographic who don't have use for games. However the demographic is widening, there are more games for mac than previously. Prehaps I was wrong to say mac graphics are better than Windows, but at the very least they on par.

AF = Anisotropic filtering.

Let's say you're looking at a brick. AF pretty makes it so that the where the brick's cement is looks like it has depth. Pic related. Right has AF on.
