Speaking of BG2, the best run through ever was a 6 bard party i created. 2 skalds, 2 blades and 2 regular, casting based bards. I rocked the shit out of the whole game, even the last fight solo with Irenicus felt like a cakewalk. Next ill have to make an all cleric run, that ought to be fun.

Its all about firepower, Aerie can do pretty much everything as spellpower goes and can fire twice (since each class have its own slots) as your combination runs into the level limits of the dual classes as Wizard/Cleric limit was 17/16 if not mistaken.

Finally meido arrived. It's ghost time.

Anyway, I'd recommend at least banter mod for more conversation, and http://www.gibberlings3.net/bg2fixpack/ after latest official patch and that's it.

If you want more holistic experience you must research BGTutu, which integrate BG1 to BG2 with its expansions into one engine. The installation is tricky but completely worth it.

Oh btw, I'm the mod maker guy and I'm the one spamming this screenshot since hour ago. I'll be lurking in this archive for a while.
