I thought I couldn't win any more matches in the end so I pulled out my troll deck, and then I ended up winning those matches. That catfish interrupting your spellcard was especially hilarious.

Well, you're pretty much on the exact opposite side of the world, and I hear Australia has some pretty shitty internet, but that's just what I hear.

Maybe it was just my imagination? It seemed like we'd usually be 2-1 in your favor, but the time I won it was because you'd stop being aggressive and start spamming moves with huge windup that I could punish for the win.

I guess I was kind of misleading; I starting playing netplay last night, but I have at least played the game some. I only know how to play Yuyuko, and the AI opponents don't ever use spellcards or alternate skills so if you bring those out I usually eat them because I don't know what to do. That's why I got owned by that card Iku used like twice in a row. Whenever someone drops a special I usually panic and take it in the face while I'm trying to decide how to graze or whether to block.

Just play as much netplay as you can and you'll start to understand how specials work. Iku's five card is one of the more broken ones, since it does immense spirit damage on block and graze and is hard to avoid if it's used properly, even when not hit confirmed. Just start blocking all of the new ones you see and see what happens, note how much spirit damage they do, etc.. Won't take long to get the hang of it.

Yep, that was definitely a hunting Rabbit, I got smoked! Fun matches as always, but I couldn't work the stuff I needed too. I had a specialized Heaven combo I've been working on, but with my dead Reimu, I got to learn how to pressure for FH all over again. That Youmu sword stuff was random as hell, but can't believe I made it look as awesome as that. Didn't know you couldn't cancel with it after the final hit, so I LOL I just sat there and ate a free combo. Thanks for the matches.

Good games E-MAN!! Wow, Suwako is absolutely strange to fight, melee shots from everywhere. In one of those matches I tried to end the round with the super crescent moon slash but river mist ended up swapping the card into the 5 card counter right as I started casting it. Sometimes I swear the weather hates me.

I see your Youmu has improved, or our Reimus have gotten really bad. She was really difficult to mount any offense against, although I don't think Youmu's system card is good on Youmu haha. Thanks for the games!

Unless the Parasol is in Remilia's deck, you can only play in either the library or SDM. It's a stupid mechanic put in place to make the game seem more real since Remi can't go out in the sun without a parasol as far as canon is concerned.

Alright, how did we end up playing for 5 hours, _Akagi_? Great games, I hope you enjoyed my new Youmu deck full of only spellcards, catfishes and ice traps. It makes the matches a lot more fun (to me at least), and it's perfect for matches that last until morning, when I'm too tired to think properly.

You kept going through a lot of characters near the end there, while I was using only Youmu, a character who was my main before Soku was released. If you only think about those matches then it'll feel like they were all one-sided, yeah. There were some pretty even matches with other characters before that, though.
