The simplest answer is that in order for God to create a "perfect" world he would have to take away everyone's freedom and personal freedom is more important than some sort of illusionary world.

Imagine for a moment a paradise where nothing bad ever happens to anyone. If you want to do something that hurts yourself or someone else you would be incapable of doing so because, whoops, we can't hurt ourselves or each other in this so called perfect world.

That would be like saying, you can have whatever flavor of icecream you want so long as it's chocolate. This so called "perfect" world cannot exist so long as we are given our freedom.

God did not intend for us to be mindless drones without free will, he's got plenty of rocks to do that, he created us out of love and it's our free will that causes problems.

Briefly;

1. Organic shit forms. Four major sources of organic material (that I recall offhand) : storms, hydrothermal vents, asteroid impacts, space dust. First three provide energy directly. The last is a potential source of organic material from space. There's plenty of all of those.
2. Self-replicating organic shit forms. This is where DNA and RNA sort of lose, forming those out of nowhere is very hard since both of those are chiral and adding a D-monomer to a L-chain or viceversa apparently stops the chain. Some other prior molecule may be responsible or well, maybe some RNA got lucky enough to polymerize just in the right way.
3. RNA forms (if it didn't in 2) RNA can have enzymatic activity and can replicate on its own.
4. DNA forms.

By the time RNA is around, there are plenty of organic molecules like lipids running around too. Should RNA enter a lipid layer (which it can naturally do), you have your proto-cell.

A nucleus is not necessary, it is a luxury. Prokaryotes do pretty well even without a nucleus. Further, whichever RNA or proto-cell blob that got lucky enough to successfully replicate will find an abundance of organic molecules around to use.
