Not only is she a youkai, but is a very youkai-like youkai. She is the best example of what it means to be a youkai. Since youkai are known to eat people, and Yukari is a youkai-like youkai, it isn't surprising that she would eat people.

It's still just average, and that could be interepted differently. For reference, Wriggle has the same rating, so it could be taken as she doesn't hunt humans just for sport.

Ah. I usually don't mind even when a doujin goes far off canon since there's so little canon to work with, but really, Yukari kidnapping and eating people? That just makes me scratch my head. Then why didn't Yukari eat Mokou after she and Reimu beat her up?

All in all it was a great read, and I can see why the writer needed a reason for Keine to explain to Mokou why going outside was so dangerous, unless it was made to be a kind of fairytale so the children don't wander outside of Keine's borders since there are youkai who eat humans, like Rumia.

For starters, when her body is completely destroyed, it begins to reform around some specific point, probably wherever her last living breath was (or wherever her now-immortal soul is). Since we've never seen her do this (canon or fanon) we have to assume it must somehow depend on the location of her soul or her last conscious body part.

Limbs and guts torn-out and thrown apart are pronounced as dead and work as such. She regenerates the smaller parts from the larger or more whole parts - we understand this from the explanation that you can eat her liver to get at the Hourai Elixir perpetually contained therein. Besides, let's say we kill her (body mostly intact) and then just remove her liver to produce two unique parts of Mokou; either one part dies or we've undergone binary fission.
