stonerfag here. for you guys who've spent time in japan, how easy is it to find weed there? i'm headed to tokyo this fall and it occurred to me i might need to bring my own supply.

Huh, I see this thread every couple of months. I don't even remember how many times I've seen it.

Apparently Japan is pretty anti-drug, even though they're perfectly fine with anything they still kept legal(like tobacco and alcohol), and alcohol is pretty important in their daily life there (mandatory work parties, oh noes).

I'd imagine it's possible to get weed in there, but it's probably as risky as more heavy drugs.

While, I'm not a stoner (that's not to say I haven't smoked pot) I never really understood /jp/ being so anti-weed. It's probably one of the least addictive drugs, and one of the least harmless ones too. I presume /jp/ just likes to troll anything not /jp/ related posted in here, so you're probably better off taking it to a more related board, like /trv/, /int/ or /b/.

Nah, dude. Recovering Addict-fag here. Pot is most certainly a gateway drug. If you have a propensity towards addiction, once you get started on one, the whole shebang can steamroll pretty quickly. I was just a stonerfag for years until finally my dealer offered me some coke and then it was, quite literally, all downhill from there. I suppose if you do not have an addictive personality there's nothing too awful about smoking pot other than it makes you a complete brainless tool if you do it too much.
