i trying to unlock all the swr characters in the configx123 and stuff but it isn't working. i put the path to the C: folder and stuff and did all teh steps any help??

NO these characters you can't unlock through story, you can only get them through referencing the swr, i already have the story characters.

You specified the SWR path wrong probably.

Download "Notepad++" (notepad plus plus) then open it in that. It might work a bit better.

Um... Your config file seems to be misnamed. Try renaming it to configex123 (configex123.ini to be precise, but I'll assume your OS automatically hides the extension).

The file still works even if it's saved like that, because they're just instructions for the user about how to customize their config. Actually, since the game seems to fall back to a default setting in case a line is missing, you could remove everything except the lines where SWR:s path is defined, and the game would still work perfectly. The game runs even if there is no config file, you'll just be missing the SWR characters.

There really isn't much to go wrong here; you've either mistyped the SWR path, or Hisoutensoku can't find configex123.ini, either because it's name is wrong or it's in the wrong folder.
