I dunno man? Maybe you're not keep trying that much?

It's not hard, it's the order of spellcard that is cofusing.

Reimu A is the easiest Patchy
Keep trying with that.

Marisa B's patchy is hard as fuck.

I'm not sure about all the others, but I know for a fact that MarisaA does not get Lava Cromlech, that's unique to ReimuA

Like I said, this stage really IS confusing.
Maybe that she doesn't fight it on easy or normal, but she does on hard and lunatic

That's why you see blank spots in the OPs picture.

I almost always use ReimuA anyway, but I'm not totally sure about that on lower difficulties. On Lunatic for sure ReimuA has the easiest Patchy though, due to no bullshit like Emerald Megalith, Bury in Lake, Agni Radiance, or Slyphae Horn High Level.

Lunatic Emerald Megalith is supposed to be one of the hardest spellcards in all of Touhou, but on Hard I found it to be quite easy. Actually quite a few EoSD Hard/Lunatic-only spellcards end up being easier on Hard than the Normal spellcard

huh, I guess I was wrong. Only the Hard/Lunatic-only ones, and that one for MarisaB are unique to a character.

Anyway, far far simpler than looking at the spellcard page on wikia is looking at the Strategy page, where it has a table listing them by character/difficulty

Hmn, ZUN should have made a 3rd character with one single shot for EoSD, THEN stuff would have matched and be less confusing.

I actually find Marisa B's Patchy the easiest, even on lunatic. Of course, the only real reason is that I'm so used to playing her. Her first 2 spellcards are a fucking joke for a stage 4 boss on lunatic.

Yeah, Silver Dragon is kind of wimpy compared to Metal Fatigue even on lunatic. I wonder if Metal Fatigue should've been the lunatic level card. I think I have a higher capture rate with Silver Dragon than I do with Metal Fatigue.

And Rage Trilithion on lunatic is pretty much still gaps everywhere which it shouldn't be for a lunatic level card.

I've had various experiences with lunatic Emerald Megalith. Sometimes gaps present them in many situations and other times it's a clusterfuck of trapping you.

Her other two cards which I can't remember the names of I get by by hugging the bottom of the screen. It works surprisingly well on both of them.
