Dress Beato can be (and prntaobably is) a representation of all sorts of different things, the culprot included. That could work. She is a scapegoat after all.

Assuming you mean "Piece" as in the Beato present on the board, then yes Suit Beato is that. Her identity is still in the air though.

Now, explaining the whole Beato switching in EP4 and multiple Beatos present on the screen sometimes? Now that, that is a challenge.

The Doubletrice bros might have the answer to it. It also resolves the Jessica problem neatly, Hell, one could say the dialogue about Beato having no regrets is moments before Jessica gets boom head shotted or something.

But then again, only Shannon and Kanon actually talk to Beato, ugh, this is annoying.
