It's not so much Yakuza speak as it is just yelling with a Kansai dialect, which has a perception of being somewhat of a crude dialect. Something akin to a country accent in English. It's on brand for Asuka who is from Osaka.

Might have just been mocking her for it since Japanese wrestlers tend to just speak in short bursts of broken English. I haven't followed wrestling for all that long but my impressions is that Asuka is unique in that she was one of the only ones allowed to just pop off and rant in Japanese for minutes at a time, presumably because it was funny to listen to for the average American viewer. I have no context for the Hololive stuff though.

The wrestlemania promo to me is funny as fuck because IYO says bayley's name correctly and calls her bayley chan randomly once. Where as every other time she has said bayley's name outside that promo she has called her barry. To me its funny as fuck they had them work together due to the bayley barry thing, but I guess they felt they had to because Io was going to go back to japan if she didn't get put on the main roster and Bayley had missed a year from a fucked up knee so I guess they figured the smartest thing to do was use bayley to talk and IYO to actually wrestle, regardless of the barry thing

You see that kind of thing often enough. Fun as the Japanese is, it's ultimately better to have a manager type convey the actual information to the audience.
