▶How to play?
Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

▶Tips
If you’d like to either edit or add your own portraits, the files are located within the ‘resources’ folder in webp format. You can use paint.net to edit them.

Last I recall you get a big boost of combat exp the first time you defeat a character, and beating more characters works towards achievements that make combat easier. You can work your way up the ladder pretty naturally without needing to train that much.

It increases with either Strategy or Politics, more likely the former but it's definitely something that can be trained. <Agent> skill increases your nightcrawl range as well. Some girls will get more than 200 guard points by being leaders or having thier own high scores, so you'll eventually need to bring a rape buddy or convince an inside agent to leave a window open for you.

Must've been one of the Lunar bugs, I think they start off at S rank and the best one which you can get pretty easily is SSS, you got lucky if so.

Nobody's ever figuring out where and how to get a lot of them without checking in the game files, I tried to "fix" some of it when I was writing some insect descs by saying when they can be found but then again it's stuff you already have unlocked. New features rarely see any dialogue written for it for several reasons, in large part because of how they only exist in the English version, and most people are going to prefer focusing on core game stuff over niche added features, and if they really want something particularly suited to their character, they're likely to just write it themselves.

Writing a feature in hopes that someone will want to use it for their dialogue means putting in a lot of work that quite likely won't have any payoff.

You're also not very likely to see many new features added in general because most of the people involved with this game are translators or dialogue writers, and there's very few people actually adding new features or expanding on existing ones.
Really, who would even spend time on this? Developers aren't interchangeable entities.

Most girls have at least one line of dialogue.
But uh when it comes to uniqueness, if I'm not mistaken you can get Yuugi to beat the shit out of you. Not in a jokey sense, she will literally beat the shit out of you.

No clue myself, but what you mention reminded me of how Dragon Age 2 would give you quite different results and reactions from your companions depending on whether you were befriending them or antagonizing them into a rivalry of sorts, with both routes allowing romances with very unique reactions.
I think it might be kind of neat if hate marks did something similar, rather than be a pure penalty.

I will say, the speed in which I said "the flan dialogue is ready enough" to it being "finished, just needs more testing" was insanely quick. Like a week tops.
So if you're thinking about writing dialogue but worried it'll take forever ever to be added, don't be.

I actually think it's a silly idea due to the project's nature - some ideas will be half-done for a while due to burnout, some will just pop up between commits randomly, some contributors will just decide F that and do whatever

How does hypnotism work? How do you level it up, like the other stats? I think i saw one prompt about it improving and since then i still can't defeat even the most weak willed girls around. Doremy doesn't seem to have a tutorial on it as far as i recall.

Current version of hypnosis is fairly new and nobody updates Doremy tutorial. It's like any skill, just keep using it and you'll get there. Someone tier list of which characters was most vulnerable at one point so that might help you if you can find it/someone else posts it
