Sup /jp/? /tv/ here and we've been reading Umineko during those boring times when LOST isn't on. Do you guys watch it? I've found quite a few similarities between the two, such as the island closed space, the ethereal entities that are seemingly chained to a mysterious island, the "fact vs fantasy" debate, and the love story aspects as well. I've also come to learn that you enjoy discussing crazy theories to solve the Umineko mystery, much like we do with Lost over at /tv/. We're not so different, you and us.

Wow I had no idea /tv/ read Umineko, kind of funny. I read Umineko first and a friend got me into Lost last year. I didn't really connect the two until the very end of season 5 when Jacob and MiB showed up. Turns out the entire thing was the antics of two bored immortals? Certainly reminds me of a certain pair of witches...
