▶How to play?
Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

▶Tips
If you’d like to either edit or add your own portraits, the files are located within the ‘resources’ folder in webp format. You can use paint.net to edit them.

OK, figured it out. If you choose to make Wriggle a girl, it sets her gender to 0 instead of 1, and that breaks the HAS_VAGINA check used to determine which masturbation event should display. I'll have a hotfix out soon. In the meantime, you can fix it yourself by opening the debug console, running "TALENT:[[リグル]]:性別 = 1", and saving.

Three different games that play differently.
TW is uh.. a bit like the Sims I guess? But in Touhou.
Kingdom is apparently like Sagasomething Rance, you do wars and shit, again with Touhou chars.
Megaten is based off those demon games from the persona games I think, haven't gone far in that one yet.
Those are all era games, and probably? All you gotta do is download and launch the anchor to see for yourself, never tried 32 bit myself.

The first time you have sex is typically like that. Especially if you're using that option that makes them more pushy, it lowers point thresholds for NPCs but not for the player afaik. There's also the issue that certain stats only increase at the end of the day, so you can have an amazing date, give her gifts, a favorite drink, favorite meal, and she literally drips the entire day begging you to do something, but will get angry if you touch her pussy. Especially grating when it's someone like Parsee where she hatemarks you no matter what you do, because she doesn't want to be left a virgin.
Best to just let her do what she wants the first few times, or just reject her advances and work on petting her some more so that there's more love between you. Or someone would have to rebalance some numbers but that's pretty much a recipe for disaster anyway.

Yeah EraWiki unfortunately nuked instructions for 32bit linux systems when AnonTW and other branches went 64bit.
The easiest way is to run it via Lutris using Steam's proton since it has better compatibility, but I'm unsure if it has 32bit version.
Either way separate wine prefix is pretty much a must, I'm attaching an image with my working setup. Additionally check
