Mystia (Dark/Fly) > Wriggle (Bug/Elec)
[Looks like a standstill, but Mystia would sport a better Spd/Special Atk stat over the physical powered Wriggle. Dark specializes in screwing with Sp. Atk/Def, so if Wriggle's Elec. wasn't already rendered useless from a weaker stat or to Mystia's speed, Dark finishes it off completely]

Wriggle (Bug/Elec) > Rumia (Dark) [Bug is physical and trumps Dark, and there's nothing Rumia and her high Evade stat can do about it (high Ev. = low Def.). Wriggle would sustain herself with a STABd Leech Life]

Rumia (Dark) > Cirno (Ice/Fly) [Back to the Dark screws with Sp. again, and Cirno is nothing but Sp. Cirno's also a wall, but a wall with no offense against something that specializes in not taking his still fall in Rumia's favor. It'd only be a matter of time before the ice fairy's worn down]

Mystia > Cirno [HIGH CONTRADICT but this is basically Rumia vs. Cirno, except Cirno has an elemental advantage this time. Still, I don't think Mystia's Spd. and Sp. tampering would let Cirno steal a victory. One nice Taunt/Torment while steady weakening the Sp. Atk, and Cirno would be, sadly, down and out eventually]
