I'm not a huge fan of the style, but it's consistent and not inherently ugly.

However the jokes are fucking retarded, no matter how you look at them. Being in English is not an excuse. Maybe we are noticing it more because we're not giving it leeway due to the translation process, but I for one can't think of any times I've laughed at a joke with a non-ending like this just because it was originally in moon.
