/egg/ — Era Games General; also known as “Era games thread”
Era games are a group of (usually) Japanese-developed text porn games.
They’re not exclusively related to the Touhou franchise, but it’s one of the series with the most era games.

▶How to play?
Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

If you’d like to either edit or add your own portraits, the files are located within the ‘resources’ folder in webp format. You can use paint.net to edit them.

Am I the only one that thinks the Myoren Temple needs a rework? Pathways going out of you hut and into the house seem weird, it seems that the layout also messes up with the characters movements as they often get stuck going into and out of each other's rooms, and also you can't study in the living room for some reason.

There should be a singleplayer mode where the 2hus can take lovers on their own. Eirin is pretty much yandere for Kaguya, and quite a few other pairs are similar. Turn it on for our multiplayer experience, maybe a couple of 2hus just wouldn't like Anons at all? And you totally should be able to steal lovers from others, even if it would be harder than wooing them yourself. So you can't just be the first to take a girl and then never log on.
Seija would totally be the designated bike, though. She'd probably seek people out herself after taking her first lover.

That was a shitty fucking chapter of LE that decided to just completely erase the only interesting part of UM's characterization. The budding conflict between the Chimata and Megumu, exacerbated by Tsukasa should've remained since it actually adds some spice to them.
Conflict is a good thing. It provides a fun basis for characterization. The Animal Realm Matriarchs have a four/five way conflict going on, and they're some of the best characters ZUN has made in years, for example.
