▶How to play?
Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav and dat folders to avoid any bugs.

If you’d like to either edit or add your own portraits, the files are located within the ‘resources’ folder in webp format. You can use paint.net to edit them.

Combination between that SQ game and the makai ranch one; start with an initial captured Taimanin, break and physically/mentally modify her to your desire, use her to fight and subdue other taimanin to corrupt or to kill generic enemy soldiers attacking your HQ, you can also pimp them out/send them out on missions to acquire funds. I like to imagine advanced HQ upgrades that allow you to capture generic soldiers, promote one fully broken Taimanin to a slavebreaker position to train the generics, another upgrade to promote a mad scientist one to transform those generics with guidelines like "all slaves must have this minimum cup size, all male slaves must be feminized, etc." The trained and modified slaves can then be funneled to branch site brothels you build for additional funds. Goals are to accumulate enough money and military power (measured by the amount, quality and loyalty of ex-taimanin you have) to establish yourself as a major player in the underworld. In order to reach the highest possible loyalty value for an individual taimanin, you have to max out both love and lust while having sanity below a certain level but not at zero (otherwise they just end up as a mindbroken husk). Once you get love and lust to max, their sanity will automatically stabilize itself within that range even if you perform actions on them that would have dropped or raised it prior to maxing love and lust to reduce upkeep complexity. Default Taimanins are all named characters from the series, but if you have a generic slave you really like, you can spend inordinate sums of money to upgrade them into a Taimanin through intensive genetic modification. And yes, you can decide to take one or several of them as your slave wives.

Be aware that machine translations aren't appreciated and won't be accepted into TW repos as there's many tools to dynamically generate MTLs on the fly when playing the game.

The best way someone who doesn't know code nor Japanese is to either create original English dialogues for characters with no dialogue or expand on limited dialogues (especially for popular characters)

Understandable, I'd like that too but it presents a bunch of challenges like existing save incompatibility, large periods of time where nothing happens, imbalances regarding every thing that's timegated - farming as an example, but it's really not that bad.
I'd recommend keeping both the 120 days and a 365 days system as an option, you could even switch between them at new years/game start. Add a way to hibernate, and that would fix 2 of these problems and shut the crybabies up right away.

NTA but it'd be really really annoying to implement for something few people care about.
Time in the game is tracked like Season/Day, where each season is 31 days long, so Christmas would be Season 4, Day 25. If you were to just extend the year to 365 days, you'd have to go through and convert all of those specific dates to the new system, and there are a fuckton of them.
Then you get into the problem of seasons and months being equivalent currently, so you'd have to separate those. If you add leap years, you need to tie it into the actual Gregorian calender, which is a headache in itself.
All of this is doable, but if you want to support both options at the same time, it'd get messy quickly. Overhauling the entire system would mean conflicting with anything the Japanese do involving dates, which really sucks for maintainers.

The thing that worries me is the fact that yandere related content may clash with how people want to experience the game. I would love a stalker type for example, but that sort of content may ruin others chance to create a harem or to have sex by the character just appearing right at the moment.

I would recommend slowing down for a second there. If you try to go all out and implement content you're going to hit a wall very quickly.

Youmu gets mad when she sees you dating someone (in TW), Eirin is possesive to Kaguya, Kaguya has been purposed to be a yandere a lot of times here, you are right with the Riesen one and tenshi too, but Yuuka has been purposed to be a Yandere too, i made my post based on that, the unique characters that had nothing to do are Reisen and Tenshi. But about the rest doesn't sound like a crazy idea, and overall, i just said it for putting an example, the most probable thing that will happen is that characters with a lot of dialogue, (like Hatate or Tsukasa) Would be the first in have a Yandere route

Ideally, I would prefer a yandere system to be an involved mechanic, not a fall state per se. It should be able to coexist with the lover and lust traits, and if the more lovers toggle is applied, there is no reason why your yandere couldn't tolerate other characters, but still be assertive/ express other flavors of yandere.
As an example, yanderes could be, from my limited understanding of the code:
1. Dependent; they are more willing to do what you ask
2/9. Monopolizing/Isolating; they spread rumors about you to tank your reputation?
3. (Non-murdery) Eliminating; they start Damnaku fights with other 2hus based on certain actions, like seeing you on a date with them
5. Stalker; self-explanatory, they might follow you around, they visit you more often, et cetera

Every character has a Yandere flag, if you set it they go into Yan mode.
Yandere characters have a number for every character in the game which represents their jealousy towards them, which increases by a tiny bit when they see you interacting with a character, but mostly increases when they witness a date or sex, or after a confession.
As they gain more jealousy they "tier up" like with marks and start acting out. They could send a threatening letter to the girl, try to ruin your dates, harass her, fight her, stalk you, kidnap you/her, whatever.
Letting the author customize the system is really important. They need to be able to modify jealousy values, disable events they don't like, add custom ones, have them only target specific characters, etc. There'd be a template file with all the variables set out and explained for convenience.
The other question is how you resolve the situation. How far the yandere can go and how do you get them to chill? In my mind this framework would be for the writers sake, not for the players, so these types of things would be up to them.

This is where you reach the major problem with a structured Yandere system. "Yandere" is just a super broad term, and what the implementer thinks a Yandere should do will likely not align with an author's intentions.
In my head the more of a threat a girl is to a Yandere, the more proactive she'd be in targeting the girl. So I'd see per character jealousy values as pretty obvious.
If you add a lot of mechanics to Yanderes, you unintentionally start to characterize them based on those mechanics, which can easily get in the way of what a writer wants for their headcanon.

I'm not sure about aliment chance but you are better off playing an item user like a caster/healer with limited ammo anyway. You can do pretty big damage if you stack all the item bonuses. I prefer making NPCs like Tokyo Mokushiroku Kyouko or that SCP do it though rather than the MC though.
