So I ended up finding what I was looking for thankfully. I tried https://touhou.arrangement-chronicle.com/ >>43385840 recommended, and it's a great resource. It would've been very helpful if I actually remembered literally anything besides the original song, and I didn't have it in me to listen to all the 300 listed. I ended up having the idea of going through all my youtube likes after doing ctrl-f 東方 and found it, went back to arrangement chronicle and sure enough it was listed under 亡失のエモーション so I could've found it there.

I've been listening to Tutti Sound for a while now and still wonder if it was performed live. The balance of the instruments and how each one doesn't sound right on the mic but off in the distance of either to the left or right.
Is Tutti Sound a real orchestra performance? If it isn't, fuck does it ever sound convincing.
