-Admirals, thank you for your hard work and happy 10th anniversary! Let's do our best this decade as well.

-Miyuki Kai-II has been implemented. It requires level 88 and 1BP. With her Kai-II, a new type of equipment has been implemented: Smoke Screen Generator (Smoke Screen) and Smoke Screen Generator Kai (Smoke Screen). With it a new mechanic has been added.
-The Early Spring 2023 Event, 'Absolute Defense Line! "Ogasawara Regiment" Relief', is coming to a close on May 1st at 11:00 JST. It is a large-scale event of 6 maps. There are 8 tags across the event. Friendly Fleets are available.
-The new ships implemented are Shiratsuyu-class destroyer Yuugure (E-2/3 drop) and one of the first JMSDF ships, Fletcher-class destroyer DD-663 USS Heywood L. Edwards (JS Ariake) (E-2/3 drop). Kumano Maru is the E-3 reward. In the EOs, new ships implemented are Japanese coastal defense ship Noumi (EO drop), the New Orleans-class heavy cruiser CA-37 USS Tuscaloosa (E-5 reward), and Japanese No.101 Transport Ship (E-6 reward).
-The new equipment implemented in the event is the Shiden Kai (343 Air Group) 407th Fighter Squadron. New equipment in the EO are the Zero Fighter M52C (Yawata Force), Type 1 Land-based Attack Aircraft (Yawata Force), Toku Daihatsu + Chi-Ha, Toku Daihatsu + Chi-Ha Kai, Army Infantry Corps, Type 97 Medium Tank (Chi-Ha), Type 97 Medium Tank New Turrent (Chi-Ha Kai), and Army Infantry Corps + Chi-Ha Kai.
-There are 3 new permanent quests. There 6 limited-time 10th Anniversary quests, one of which gives as a reward choice the legendary Shinden Kai.
-New 10th anniversary voice lines have been implemented for 100 shipgirls. As a 10th anniversary gift, everyone received 10 equipment slots, 1 BP, and 10 Mamiya.
-The February ranking rewards have been distributed. There was no new equipment.
-As of the Feb 28, 2020 maintenance, due to critical DDoS attacks, measures have been taken that requires players from certain countries to use a Japanese IP address to connect to the Login servers. After getting to the start screen it's possible to disconnect from the VPN and continue playing without it. If you still encounter connection issues try clearing your cache and changing your time zone to JST. These countermeasures will remain until further notice. EN EO now bypasses the block. Another possible workaround is using https://github.com/Tibowl/KCCacheProxy

i was wondering the same, thats why i scrapped more zuiuns as you can see from the image. after scrapping 3 recon planes i checked the quest and at that point it was at 50%. scrapping the zuiuns with yura and the plane didn't change it, so i scrapped some.more for good measure. i guess i'll scrap some more zuiuns tomorrow now that i cleared the cache. maybe it's some weird shenanigans becauae my baux temporarily dropped below 1.7k when i was developing more zuiuns for the second time i scrapped.
i did change secretary and the plane multiple times to see if it does anything to the quest.

I would just do the whole process over in one go since it's cheaper and less headache. Prepare resources and planes, set yura with the 11B as secretary, deselect and select the quest again, scrap the 6 seaplanes and go to the quest page right after.

I started playing this game 7 years ago. the first ship I crafted was shirayuki. then the game gave me another one for the first construction quest. then I built hatsuyuki and wondered why all of the characters looked the same except for my starter. then I got yudachi and shigure and enacted total potato death in my fleet, but now this stupid quest is forcing me to use them again.

I had to clear my first event with my only carriers being shokaku who I got lucky crafting and unryuu who miraculously dropped for me in an early map. then right when I think I am free of kitakami being meta in every event because of meme damage they drop isekai2 and mogami k2. even akagi and kaga forced themselves back into relevancy. I am unlucky enough to have never gotten yamato even though I actually want her so I am behind on that front too.

I love my Kitakami. She is my ID2. Unlike my Samidare, who I also love very much, Kitakami was the first to choose to come to my base. She is very amazing and helped me through the early days and many events. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that I would marry her. I used to laugh at people who wanted auto stuff because I could clear a whole event on a saturday or sunday. But then it took a whole weekend. Then a whole week after work and weekend. Then had to wait for more info because RTA fags took longer and longer to find all the routing rules. Then they started doing staggered releases for MO/EO, so I'd only do MO after RTAfags cleared MO. Then the gap between MO and EO release got bigger than a week and phases started to really pile on. Shit's just too long, auto would definitely make things faster, especially now that I don't have time to even check on my bucket expedition during work, but god I wish they'd just go back to 2016-2017 design, things were hard but didn't take more than a month to finish.

I did it on otome and I struggled, had to actually get the debuff. Now I'm not a hard only fag so you may laugh at me, but usually I'm able to clear most of the MO in hard, might drop to otome on last MO map but may go back to hard in some EO maps except the last one unless it's a really easy one. E6 up to last dance was pretty enjoyable. Route wasn't too bullshit. Funnest part was E6-3 and bullying that glasses wearing dork. I would have even liked her guage require more kills.
The sub gimmick on E6-4 wasn't really fun as it only took 2 LD attempts. Very short term excitement followed by a unrewarding feeling meme medal. If I could go back and had a bit more time, I would attempted LD without subs, in main and friends, too see if my girls could do it.

It's actually more of a curse. I went from having too many Nagatos for my Mutsus to having too many Mutsus for my Nagatos.
Its only going to get worse since Mutsu drops at a rate of ~3:1 compared to her sister.

It's alright I scrapped like 8 of these stupid guns right before they become valuable.
They are used for upgrading fletcher's kai gun to eventually turn it into super fletcher's kai gun and two of those enable best fletcher AACIs. Super useful.

The devs were also moving the goalposts by listing rates for any difficulty instead of rates for the equivalent of how difficult it was before difficulties. As for your last line, it's incomplete knowledge instead of "nothing" if you missed the grand opening, and one could intentionally pass on Oi to give the honor to another ship, such as Gotland.
