Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), japanese locale is advised so you don't run into untranslated text.

If you'd like to either edit or add your own portraits, the files are located within the 'resources' folder in webp format. You can use paint.net to edit them.

Since we're tackling request system, here are some I had in my todo list:
Play at banquet; received from the host? Override any existing request that's not in progress, say (seems to have a request for you...), need music at least 3 / Cook for a banquet - if successful, it'll increase the quality of the banquet and bring more people in, you'll be compensated depending on performance
Collect a type of a bug, no time limit?
Port protontr's request system for your home location, landlord can ask you to make a trip to the village and buy certain things/go get some firewood in winter, fish/meat/material, running boy basically. You have to pay attention and remember the details yourself because the game purposefully clears the screen afterwards.
New request from Remilia, "reward my servant with sex". Can be a date instead. Requires at least yearning with whoever receives this gift, and high sexual frustration. Sakuya gets rolled more often, Koa/Patchy normally, Meling less often. Requests from Yuukarin concerning the garden, see #2.
Request idea from the same issue, final boss type characters like Yuuka, Yukari, Okina, etc would give you impossible requests that you can only complete with your TSP ability.

Accessory and trinkets system from LIG, grab what might work. The point is that they give a strong bonus and a little drawback, similar to traits from Fallout. Additional stuff is listed below:

Teaching booster - your target gets extra exp when your skill is higher or equal to their level, but you get extra exhaustion
Passive - books always give extra exp but at the cost of more time
Blood Vial - can mix an item of any level with 50% base success chance once per day in exchange for STA, the blood vial craves blood and wants sacrifice... (maybe relegate to a consumable item instead)
Scapegoat - can nullify incoming hate mark on use, item breaks after that, when holding it increases the power of history hate marks
Sweet Temptation - 50% of favor param gain goes towards desire gain instead
Chastity Vow - all stats are up as long as you're pure, learn faster, hit harder, better luck, etc, breaks upon virginity loss
Sweaty Rag - much of exhaustion is moved towards the opposite base (so getting 500 STA damage will instead change to 250 STA 250 ENE for example, arbitrary rate)
Mysterious pocket watch - can use time stop even when tsp is exhausted using STA instead at increased rate
Cool Sunglasses - can make girls accompany you at any time and accompany time is infinite, but girls are easily irritable
Cheap Watches - looks plain and unassuming, but always lets you keep track of the time. Majority of actions will take less time with it.)
Accessory that lets you see when you can't speak anymore (gray out), makes so that you spend slightly more energy and time for talking (makes you too self-conscious), tie qol to that
One time use accessory to change the weather instantly, it charges up slowly when there's unusual weather or abnormal (much faster)
Instant summon any 2hu at your position similar to TP() debug cheat - one-time use, recharges faster if you meet with people
Accessory that lets you see one/two/three (upgradable, chosen) extra event at the end of the day, but you have to sleep sooner/longer
Accessory that makes it harder for girls to get pissed at you (increases ceiling for hate mark to accumulate), but it also makes it a little harder for them to get attached to you (-10% to gained favor/trust)
Besides that, extra features:

Ability to combine certain accessories from nitori (like in terraria)
Use kourindou for selling most of these, prices raise for each bought accessory, Kourin only deals in money, and will consider charisma if the stonks are high; if Marisa is around she's gonna interject and interrupt him

Beat 5 lv5 combatants: get improved recovery effect or increase the difference between a bomb and a value to count as a hit

Win against lv5 and higher without losing life: unlock recipe that makes you start with 4 lives OR improve maxbase training effectiveness
Train somebody to lv1 and beat them: Welcome to Danmaku!, get extra exp when training with someone
Get Lover before Yearning/any other falling status with someone: lower chance at interaction failure? from rng in GET_SUCCESS_RATE, maybe recalculate if it's about to fail or add a passive boost

Tie Panty Sense qol to having collected character's special panty - maybe a certain amount of them
Achievements based on the amount of learned special recipes:

Increase overall cooking score by 1 or 2 or 3 - 3 dishes/ 20 dishes/ 40 dishes (or 5(+1)/20(+2)/55(+3, +1 for every thousand cooking exp))
Can see if your current partner will like the food you're cooking with - 10 dishes / discerning eye - CALL REVIEW_DISH(ARG, DISH_TASTE) - check score for the dish if target is near, or maybe passively give bonus dish score to your cooking partner

Show what gems needed for forgiveness during date (QoL_DateEvent.ERB), maybe convert palams to gems right away there, take into account desire gems and favor gems towards the forgiveness progress, accumulate them after the date and show visual progress, only works if not angry + once a day. The amount of specific gems needed can be tweaked according to classic training games like YM or J.

Additionally show hate mark gain% (sum of hostility + etc acq at once) when you get bad palams (TRACHECK_刻印取得.ERB).

More tools to avoid Hate Marks: Getting 10 hate marks in total - gives "heartfelt apology" ability, remove all hate marks, but only fresh ones (count at the start of the day), cooldown 10 days.
Premonition ability - revert time back when the action would cause a hate mark, given once per period like gaps etc. See SQN/Akuma Maid for implementation when you have an Assistant who'd warn you about an action causing a hate mark.
I had a proof of concept back in the day, it can be done at SOURCE.ERB iirc after checking Hate Mark gain, and then returning -1 to cancel out the action. Not sure how this ability should be acquired though, achievements? If so, then it needs a new tab for new modded achievements, that framework will be useful for all the other new achievement ideas.

There really needs to be more options (being able to refuse) for stuff like that, instead of a forced interaction. Maybe make it so that if you refuse to give food to people who came by because they're attracted by the smell or happen to see you carry it, depending on their traits and how friendly they are with you, they may danmaku battle you for the right to eat the stuff. Even if they'll hate it after, or maybe allow for double KOs if they battled you for rotten food and beat you, and then ate it.
Right now, it's only affected by the flag that lets them spare you if they didn't like the food, there's also an additional flag from dialogue side TCVAR:盗み食い抑制 that forces 2hu to skip the meal after finding it.

Mental support during Danmaku from characters with >=5 intimacy/1500 favor, cheering for you +5 to roll per each (use my code from Reisen's Danmaku which was essentially proof of concept)
5 per 10 affinity (RELATION in the code) as well for the character
Drunk level, drowsiness, high sexual frustration, tiredness, anger, bad mood, pissed off affecting the rolls
Description: "comes to cheer for you! you feel inspired!"

Use for FLAG:日替わりイベント flag (daily luck), greater harvest etc

Different effects for different water when watering, ability to water even with earth god's bless
Check KR version if they have anything new for gardening
Show which water, choose whether to use sprinkler or not

Green house from Nitori unlock, lets you grow stuff on winter/fall without penalties
Learn how to grow wild herbs from suwako, mushrooms from marisa, medicinal herbs from eirin, flowers from yuuka - ikebana implementation? The Japanese art of flower arrangements is called ikebana / present bouquet, place it at your room to give certain buffs at the start of the day
Add gardens that belong to someone else, like in eientei: garden of carrots/chinese peony - you will be punished if you get caught, but you're allowed to take some if you're friend with the boss / celestial gardens / garden of the sun / great tree - random youkai's garden / chireiden garden
If you piss off Yuukarin, she'll fuck up your garden by contaminating it with invasive mint
Expand the vegetable garden. Ideally, after harvesting many times, a request from Yuukarin would come up, and when the request is fulfilled, the garden would increase. - extra 3 slots?, request - grow a specific plant? Rare plants or bring lots of certain plant, etc, bring fertilizer maybe
can grow medicinal herbs in the kitchen garden with mixing knowledge

Yuuka request - Gave me the idea of requests that require timestop to complete. For example: Yuuka gives you a task to water every sunflower knowing it's impossible, but with liberal use of TSP you complete her bullshit request much to her bewilderment and surprise.

I don't mean any offense since you legit seem willing to contribute, but grow a backbone and realize where you are. It's generally a consensus that the easiest entry point into the whole dev thing is translating characters. The character dialogue files are under the mainfolder/ERB/口上・メッセージ関連/個人口上 each under a folder with the 2hu name in japanese and a file with a name ending in K# with the number being the 2hu according to the character inder txt in the main folder. If you need a guide on the tools needed you can check the "contributing" page in the wiki. Just boot up Visual Studio Code, check those files and go wild learning the flow.
