No, I personally find her utmost 'loyalty' and admiration toward her sister touching, and I have a sweet spot for cooderes. I loved Perla the very first moment I met her, not just because her cruelty or what she said to Paolo. Also, she was the most unbalanced in my opinion.

I agree on Junko being the best HW character, along with the protagonist himself. I still find it ridiculous that even the Alpha robot had a full hscene, while she didn't have any risque CG though.

Also, Mika's route > every other route.

Still, despite vastly preferring HW over Gekkou no Carnevale, if we compare entire supporting casts, I'd say GnC was better in this regard, because I found them better overall (just the support characters mind you).

The cast of GnC is far "cooler" in a FUCKING WEREWOLF MAFIA way I guess.
But the characterization of Kazuki alone is better than anything in GnC.

And then you have characters like Junko and Haruka.
Especially Haruka as an antagonist, Pius and Silvio aren't even close.

Though the main female cast of Hello, World isn't anything special, I did like Mika and Chieri a lot though.

It's never going to be translated. It's already fairly old, and long as a niggerdick with its 4+ MB script (It's longer than anything translated so far). Additionally, it's only partially voiced (everything is voiced by the females, no voices from any male).
